Pickup and drop off are easy. I will preface if you like or need the use of Apple or Android car play, this is not your vehicle. We literally tried everything, checking for updates, multiple cords and even Bluetooth, and nothing worked!!! This made it very frustrating as we couldn’t stream any of our music nor could we use the screen for navigation. To say the trip started off on the wrong foot is an understatement. The vehicle does sound very loud for the first 4-5 minutes but then goes away. Overall the vehicle is in good working condition and met our needs in terms of space for luggage etc, but I would not rent this vehicle again simply because of the Apple car play literally not working no matter what you try or do. I did message owner and advised all steps taken, he mentioned he would contact dealership. I truly hope follow through is done, these features are important for anyone and if it’s not able to be fixed, the car description should clearly state what does not work vs renting and finding out after the fact.

The trip was good, we took the family to vegas. Claudio is nice, responsive
and accommodating. We didn’t have any issues, other than what others have stated, the bluetooth will not connect no matter what you do. For 6hrs we drove without any lyrical motivation. I had no problems with the car.
