Ms. May was everything you hope for in a host. Flexible. Friendly. Quick to respond & I will definitely rent from her again. Easy pickup & return. AC blew ice cold, car clean & mechanically sound. Thanks for everything May! You're amazingly beautiful

I have to say I had drive older car than this one from this app and this car needs brakes and probably some steering wheel liquid too, also I dropped the key car accidentally and the cover fell apart all the buttons came off and I had to pay 162$ because the host thought that key was broken and it wasn't. It was just the cover that I needed to replace. I tried to tell host I could've just go to AutoZone (17$) or order it through eBay which was like 7$ and she wanted me to go to Keyless shop at airport blvd. So yeah, I paid for a whole new key for no reason. I do not recommend this host. God bless y'all.

The host May was very professional and accommodating doing my travel. I needed a last minute extension and the service was accommodating to my needs. The suv is such a nice ride. It was spacious and good on gas. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!
