As a first time user of Turo, it was a bit disappointing. The car was dirty in both the interior and exterior. Also. I had a lack of communication with the owner of the vehicle. For example. I called the person 3-4 times and the person did not respond. It was about 10-15 minutes before the official pickup time that I finally got information from the the assistant- Gabriel.
There was an additional charge for supercharging that I did not understand. According to the paperwork, if the car was returned within 10% of the original charge, there would be no additional charges. I received the car at 99% and I returned it at 91%. Considering that this was my first time using Turo, I would tell anyone who is not familiar with the service to be extremely careful about who you get a car from and what the condition to the rental will be in completeness. I hope to use the service in the future, but I'll be extremely careful with who and under what circumstances to which I will rent from.
