The car was in great shape. FSD worked great. Pictures and instructions for pickup were comprehensive…we had an issue with our parking ticket and could not get out of the garage. No one was readily available to answer our calls or texts so we had to figure things out on our own. Having a person or two on call for emergencies would be helpful…also, cell phone service in the garage was limited so I’d recommend letting renters know this beforehand so they can plan/act accordingly. It made pickup a bit of a challenge.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, we usually have someone answering the message, but this time everyone was busy somehow. Also the parking ticket was a valid, it was because you tried to scanned when it was already scanned by the license plate that’s why it show already in used the parking ticket.
