Hi Rodolfo, thanks for the review! As a repeat guest, I truly appreciate you renting from me again. I'm sorry about the smoke smell from the previous renter. You mentioned noticing it when blasting the A/C, which made it difficult to detect during my pre delivery inspection.
Although it faded over time during your trip, I immediately ran an ozone treatment and replaced the cabin air filter. I appreciate your feedback and always want guests to have a great experience. Please welcome back anytime!

My car died on a Sunday, and I needed to work the entire week, most car rental places had already closed. I was able to book the rental easy enough, the host delivered and picked up as well. The car was clean, and the communication was stellar. When I had to add an additional day the host was responsive within minutes confirming the extension. He also contacted me 3 hrs prior to my deadline and asked if my end time was good or whether I wanted to extend again. I loved the communication and professionalism! Thank you!
