My car died on a Sunday, and I needed to work the entire week, most car rental places had already closed. I was able to book the rental easy enough, the host delivered and picked up as well. The car was clean, and the communication was stellar. When I had to add an additional day the host was responsive within minutes confirming the extension. He also contacted me 3 hrs prior to my deadline and asked if my end time was good or whether I wanted to extend again. I loved the communication and professionalism! Thank you!

Very responsive , clean, reliable and neat.
Disappointing trip experience. Pedro was over 3 hours late for pickup with little communication. Since it was his first trip, I didn’t immediately file a no-show and waited for him to respond.
At return, the car was dropped off by someone other than Pedro, and no additional driver was registered on the reservation. I asked for clarification for Turo compliance but received no response. The phone charger was also not returned. I would not rent to this guest again.
