Was a last minute emergency situation to rent a vehicle and Jose was kind and attentive met me at the location and gave me the keys instead of dealing with lock box on the window. The vehicle very clean with a full tank. Great vehicle to drive and easy to manage. I will go to Jose in the Austin, Texas for future rental assistance for a vehicle.
