Great car, great communication, great host . Highly recommended

Let me start by stating, the car was immaculate and drove like a dream; however I had to wait an hour and a half to pick it up because the car was not where it was supposed to be at pickup. This communication around the delay was horrible because I was being told it was “just around the corner” or “10 minutes away” and nearly 2 hours went by before it showed up. This was incredibly inconvenient, because I had plans which had to be rearranged and a baby. If it hadn’t been for the poor customer experience at pickup, I would have rated the car five stars for quality and performance.
