Car was a beast but there was a crack on the windshield, which the host informed me when I was picking up the vehicle. Very late notice on the pickup information and poor communication. Gas was only half tank and I asked before without any reply.
Thanks for the review, but let’s keep it accurate. The rock chip was reported to us that same morning when the vehicle returned, and you were informed immediately before pickup. You clearly agreed to proceed anyway, so the reservation continued exactly as scheduled.
As for the fuel no prepaid fuel was selected. The vehicle was given at half tank, so it’s expected to be returned at half tank. That’s pretty standard.
Communication was there you just didn’t like the situation after agreeing to it.
