To start, picking up the vehicle was seamless. The directions were clear, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Unfortunately, the condition of the vehicle was disappointing. The interior was quite dirty, with crumbs and dirt in the cup holders, and it appeared that the car had not been vacuumed or washed prior to pickup. I ended up cleaning it myself.
Additionally, the oil and filter warning light was on, and the vehicle had a noticeable smell of cigarettes and marijuana. I had a client visiting from California to tour homes, and due to the condition and odor of the vehicle, I was unable to use it to transport them professionally.
