My experience with this car was awesome. He communicates very well and on time I didn’t have a problem with the car at all. Good on gas had it for about a month 10 out of 10 will recommend I’ll be back.

The car was not in good condition. The A/C did not work at all, and the engine sounded like it was choking/struggling while driving, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The host sent a mechanic who arrived an hour late and ultimately wasted my entire day without fixing the issue. I then had to spend another day returning the vehicle and securing a different rental, which caused even more inconvenience and disruption to my schedule.
What was especially frustrating was that the owner called me directly asking what was wrong with the car and mentioning he had already paid the mechanic, even though I had clearly explained the problems through the Turo app. Communication and documentation were already there. Overall, this was extremely disappointing, and I’m honestly shocked that Turo allows vehicles in this condition to be listed. I would not recommend renting this car.
