Car was very nice and clean owners were very concerned about vehicle other then that trip was great

Nice car. But interior maintenance was bad with some bad odor.

This was my second time renting this vehicle. I thought that I would continue renting. However, it will be my last. The car was dropped off late. I had to ask for ETA with no response. I stayed waiting at the airport. Then when returning the vehicle I needed a few extra hours. I asked for a discounted rate. Instead she would only accept a full days rate.
The car also has a bad odor.

Very nice car, easy to pick up. I appreciate that Omar took pre-pickup photos. We were responsible for $35 charge to get out of airport garage. We only learned this with the pickup instructions. This information SHOULD be advertised before pickup, or the $35 should be rolled into rental price. Felt a bit like a bait and switch.
