Very nice car, easy to pick up. I appreciate that Omar took pre-pickup photos. We were responsible for $35 charge to get out of airport garage. We only learned this with the pickup instructions. This information SHOULD be advertised before pickup, or the $35 should be rolled into rental price. Felt a bit like a bait and switch.

We had a nice experience with this vehicle. It was very easy to pick up/drop off and Regina was excellent with her communication. Definitely recommend.
