The car is always parked in front of the apartment on the street. please take look at the photo and license plate in the pic to be sure you are picking up the right car.
Guidelines
-Any pet is ok, but guests must need to make sure, no pet’s hair pee smell, or litter upon the return of the vehicle, and there is a 100$ per trip charge for any pet, which you can add while you book your trip. But it is found the vehicle has not been cleaned well and is with pet hairs, smell, and odor, guest will be charged with a cleaning violation fee. - no smoke, no drinks ( alcoholic beverages), and no drinks spillage, please! If it is found, it will cost you 250$ for cleaning fees. Thanks! - Vehicle is not allowed to use for illegal purposes like - trafficking and smuggling ( people and drugs) - vehicles are not allowed to take out of Texas state ( if you need, you can ask before you take. If permission is given, you can take it; if not, the vehicle must be returned.

Where do you find key ? And where do you need to leave the key?
The keys will be inside the console ( armrest compartment) in a black pouch in second golden pocket . And when you return the vehicle , please put the key inside the second golden pocket of the black pouch bag , if you put key in the first (front) pocket , the doors of the vehicle won’t be locked because the vehicle detects the key .
What about tolls and tickets?
The vehicles come with toll tags, it is advised to the guest to add a daily limit of tolls while reserving the trip if you want to take tolls. If the daily limit tolls have not been added while reversing the trip, the tolls and any tickets ( such as parking violations ) will be sent to the guest later.
What about the insurance for any incidents or stopped by law enforcement?
Insurance information can easily be found In the app on a trip when you click the help button. Or a copy of the insurance photo will be sent to the guest or uploaded in photos. And, if someone hits you, please ask their insurance!
