The directions were clear, easy access to pick up the car, had a manual in case you needed instructions on something. No mechanical issues, easy to drive, lots of room for cargo. Would rent again!

The car quality was very good and more than met my expectations. The pick-up location and meeting with the host was straightforward and friendly. I will definitely be booking with this host again as I need a dependable Turo when I visit Austin. This month and a half trip was part vacation and part doctors' visits, meetings with realtors and such, so I was happy to have had no issues with the Turo. As a recent retiree of a career in the military and public service that took me around the world for more than 20 years I know travel - and Turo and this host is a safe and best bet.
