Pick up was very inconvenient for this vehicle. Apparently, the car was sitting in the airport garage for a while and when we scanned the ticket to get out of the gate it said we owed over $400. I had to tell other cars to back up so I could get out of the toll lane, then waited 30 min for someone to bring me another ticket. It was very embarrassing as we had guests that arrived at the same time as us that we were transporting to the hotel. As for the vehicle though, it was premium and served our purposes well.
