Car was scheduled to be picked up at 11 am. At 10:58 am I had not heard from host and had to message asking where car was. I was quoted a price including all fees and taxes but host would not reimburse me for charges in parking garage. I have used Turo several times and host has always paid parking garage charges.
Thank you for your review. The vehicle was delivered on time for the scheduled 11:00 AM pickup, and all airport instructions were sent before the trip began. Unfortunately, not reading the instructions does not mean they were not provided. The parking garage fee policy was clearly disclosed in advance. We also provided complimentary airport delivery. It’s surprising that after a successful rental experience, the focus of this review is a disclosed parking fee.
