My only complaint is that the ac stopped working 🥲 get that fixed and you’ll enjoy this car.
Hey Genese, we sincerely apologize for the A/C issue during your trip. After looking into it, we found the compressor had failed and have since replaced it with an OEM part through our ASE-certified mechanic. We also had the entire A/C system inspected to make sure no future guests run into the same problem.
We take full responsibility and are using this as an opportunity to strengthen our pre-trip inspection process. Glad to hear everything else about the rental was a great experience.
