Cleanliness: The car was mostly clean with the exception of the trunk area that had dirt prints on the back of the rear seats.
Location: Finding the car was a bit tricky because there were two spaces with the same number in the same row and section and it took us awhile to find the car.
Communication: The host was available to help us locate the car during our confusion about location.

We had such a great experience with this rental! The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport was absolutely impeccable, very clean, comfortable, and so much fun to drive around during our trip.
Pickup was extremely easy and straightforward, and drop-off was just as simple. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. She was very responsive, helpful, and incredibly nice, which made everything feel stress-free from start to finish.
As a younger renter, I especially appreciated how easy and smooth the entire experience was. We were so happy to have such a great vehicle to get around in, and it honestly made our trip even more enjoyable.
Everything was exactly as expected, if not better. I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a clean, reliable, and fun vehicle. Thank you again for such a great experience! Five stars! ♥️

Overall a good first time with Turo. My best advice is to take all the photos at pickup because our gas tank wasn’t full and I didn’t have a photo to prove it. Lesson learned - overall a good experience. And it should be known that you are responsible for paying the parking fees ontop of your rental fee if you are doing an airport pickup.

The car was great. A lot of these cars have a funky smell or beat up, this one was great. The owner was helpful when I couldn't figure out the pick up. I do not like all the emails. I picked up the car late at night in an airport that I wasn't familiar with and I had too many emails to quickly figure out where the car was. The system really should be easier, but this car and owner were great.
