Car was clean, unfortunately had engine trouble
So sorry for the mechanical troubles. We have gotten everything fixed at Goodyear. We hope you will consider renting from us again in the future and will offer a meaningful discount given your inconvenience.

Fantastic rental experience! The car was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, and drove very well throughout our trip. The owner was kind and quick to answer my questions I had before and during the rental. Everything was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. The transmission overheated 4 times on my way to my trip, the license plate light was out, the wipers didn’t help with pouring rain, and also had a last minute vehicle change.
So sorry you had a tough trip. We have replaced the transmission and the vehicle is running better than ever.
