Vehicle was very clean and rides well. Pickup and Return was contactless and easy. It's such a relief not to pickup from the airport (smile). Host was responsive with inquiries. Great customer service. I heard a faint humming coming from the engine but it was only noticeable when there was no music playing, but still, the Equinox was a smooth, pleasant ride. I would definitely rent from Todd again. Referrals? Definitely. Thanks, Todd, for my one-day trip. 👍🏽🙂
