The car is in a good condition. The host Gregg is very nice, polite and professional. He sent detailed tips and guidance and made picking up and return very easy and smooth.

This was not the cheapest car when I booked with turo. Reason I when with this option was airport pickup and electric.
Pros: Pickup location, no exit fee at parking location and communication.
Cons: Very dated car 100k + miles, professionalism, mechanically not sound ( lots of rattling on highways)
The car was filthy upon pickup, l assumed the last rental used for some type of construction or car was sitting open for a long time lots of dust, stains on the seats and spills on dash and steering wheel. I brought it up to the owner, only thing he wanted to do was cancel my booking if I wanted I ask him to " Guarantee my refund " he said he couldn't that i had to reach out to TURO for that. Because of my very important function I was not about to risk and fight for that, so I took the car and spent $30 in carwash and products to wash and sanitize the car. Small price to pay because owner denied the car was dirty.
