Forced to pay additional fee for a whole day of airport parking that you obviously don’t use. That is something the host should be charged for, not the user.
Aaron, the airport garage fee is charged by AUS airport, not by hosts, and it was clearly disclosed in the pickup instructions before your trip. We also provided complimentary airport delivery for your convenience, which normally saves guests both time and transportation costs. It’s unfortunate to receive a negative review over a standard airport fee outside of our control, especially after accommodating free delivery. We wish you the best and appreciate your business.

Pickup was easy. The car was clean-ish. There was some food and a water bottle left in the car. It may have been my fault, but I didn't realize the car was not allowed on toll roads until about an hour or two before I picked it up. In Austin, Texas, that is a problem. Most roads are toll roads, and it added an extra 30 min to a 1-hour trip the first day and an extra 1 and 15 min on the way back. Communication was ok, but not great. I am guessing this person owns MANY cars while running a business, and can't respond to everyone all at once. I even offered to Venmo payment for tolls and was ignored. I wouldn't rent a car in Austin without permission to go on tolls again.
