I was really excited to rent the Cadillac out. Unfortunately horrible luck on my end, or oversight on the owners. The car died on me 20 miles into my rental on the highway. Had to wait 3 hours alongside it to get it towed without being liable for it. I understand things like this happen, but didn’t feel I like the owners were much help or support during all of this. Barely responded to me and I had to uber myself home. Just be careful renting these luxury rentals. This one had 111K miles on it when I picked it up and I think the engine just crapped out on me.

Car was amazing, we were 6 people traveling for the MotoGP weekend and the communication with drive wise team was perfect. No issues at all

The hosts were very kind and responsive, which I appreciated. However, the pickup and drop-off process was challenging. The vehicle is located in a garage with little to no cell signal, and accessing the key through a storage unit added confusion. Exiting the guarded gate was also difficult since there was no fob provided in the vehicle. Additionally, the vehicle had zero miles at pickup, and one of the main reasons we chose it for our long trip was to use Super Cruise. Unfortunately, we discovered the vehicle was not equipped with it. After contacting OnStar, we were told a subscription was required. We were willing to pay, but after reaching out to the host, we never received a follow-up. During the trip, the oil change light also came on, requiring us to address that as well. Overall, while the hosts were pleasant, the experience had several inconveniences that impacted our trip.

Poor experience with pick up, getting out of the garage and back in.
Let alone the extremely dirty car both inside and outside.
Just not the level of service and experience you’d expect at this price point and class of car…
