Very responsive and easy to work with host. The car was nice and clean. It doesn't have a good charger for your phone. There is an adapter but not much output to charge your phone. Loved the car

Such a great car and host is always easy to reach for any questions. Highly highly recommend!

Olivier •

Great car and Peter was easy to coordinate with, thank you!

Sara •

Excellent car. Peter is very friendly. Previous Turo cancelled and he was very quick and responsive.

Vehicle is an overpriced road hazard. I notified the owner of steering/alignment issues, he claimed it had been recently serviced and the mechanic may not have torqued everything down. So I'm an hr away from the pick up location and the owner insists on coming to check out the vehicle (he has GPS so he knew where it was) When I got in the vehicle the next day there was now a locking lugnut in the console, suggesting he had to tighten the tires down. Seemed like he knew that this might have been the issue but blamed a mechanic, convienent. I didn't drive the vehicle more than a few miles locally while my sister was on hospice, but another vehicle informed me that a head light and tail light were out, in the midst of a storm. After all the issues, I received a bill for a fuel inconvenience fee? I refueled before delivery. If anyone deserves an inconvenience fee its me for renting this road hazard for a week, which cost the same as a monthly payment for a brand new truck.
I will say pick up was seamless.

Peter's response

We take safety concerns very seriously with our vehicles for customer safety.

We have had some suspension maintenance done prior to the rental, and while unlikely, it could have been a possibility. For inspecting the suspension, the tire did have to be removed.

However, no abnormalities were found, and neither headlight nor taillight were found to be out at the end of the trip. Images are submitted showing the condition at trip end.

Images are also submitted showing the fuel level difference
