Pick up and drop off was seamless which was great. There are a couple mechanical concerns i wasn't prepared for..car sqeaks badly when starting up in the mornings also while sitting in car on lunch break with heat on and car starts to lightly smoke. Car wasn't as tidy as I've come to expect with turo hosts and does not smell clean. Seems as though car was just returned from another renter and parked for me. Wasn't bad but wasn't what I've come to expect. I do appreciate the vehicle being available.
Car definitely does not smoke. Car runs and drives great. Vehicle is clean and tidy. Sorry we didn’t meet your perfect expectations.
