This Jeep was clean, fun and functioning until the plug fell out the tire. When the tire shop showed the perfectly round hole, I was in dismay, especially traveling out of town. It was an unfortunate incident but was rectified by the Hosts. An issue I could have avoided was that there is a drop off fee for the airport. That was a shocker because I searched for the airport. When searching for vehicles, I did not see that additional cost even after reading prior to booking. Otherwise, the Hosts are responsive in an urgent/emergency situation. The Hosts went the extra mile by providing a car charger for your phone. That was a special personal touch.
