BUYER BEWARE. Will not rent from them again and here’s why:
1. I filled the tank at the recommended gas station before check out. Have photo proof and they still invoiced me for gas and a service fee. I brought it back with a full tank and 40 miles more gas than I started the trip with. It was a headache and took an hour of my time to get it straightened out with Turo corporate.
2. car reeked of those mirror air fresheners.
3. the host wouldn’t answer calls when I had an emergency.
4. Finally they messaged me about the issue and they mentioned they were tracking my location and where I could resolve the issue. I don’t mind if they let you know they are tracking from the beginning but this was unsettling and creepy.

What a great last minute addition to our last minute planned trip. The communication from Jenna was well communicated along with being well thought out in context. (ie letting you know where the closest gas station is to the pick up/drop off location.) The car was clean and well maintained; it ran well with ease in handling. It was everything as described. I will definitely rent from Jenna again whether it be this car or any others she can provide to rent through Turo.
