The breaks need to be changed… you can hear them squeaking constantly when applying the break pedal. Please properly maintain the vehicle. Other than that, it took me where I needed to go.
Thank you for your feedback. The brakes were replaced a few months ago, and we inspected the pads and rotors after your trip without finding any unusual wear or issues. We take maintenance seriously and will continue to monitor the vehicle. Thanks for choosing our car.

We booked this car because it was supposed to have airport pickup, but when we arrived to pick it up, it was 20 mins from the airport. The owner said that it would require an additional fee to pickup from the airport, and Turo did not provide a way to change the pickup/drop-off location, so we ended up spending an extra $35+ per way to book a Lyft to the airport.
The car itself was adequate, although the brakes were not very responsive and the accelerator had issues in the mountains.

Per Turo policy, any change to pickup or drop-off must be adjusted through the app. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to other locations without the trip being updated. We always follow Turo’s guidelines to keep things clear and fair for all guests.
