The instructions to pick up the car were confusing because we aren’t familiar with the area. Specifically how to catch the park DIA bus. The car itself was perfect and exactly what we wanted and the host was easy to communicate with when needed.

We rented a Hybrid Rav4 and overall had a really positive experience. When we first picked up the car, we did notice it had a bit of trouble starting, which was a little concerning. Unfortunately, one day it wouldn’t turn on at all, which could have been a major inconvenience.
However, what really stood out was how responsive and helpful the owner was. As soon as we reached out, they acted quickly and drove straight to our location with a replacement vehicle—a Toyota 4Runner—at no extra charge. The switch was seamless, and we were back on the road in no time.
While the initial issue with the Rav4 wasn’t ideal, the level of customer service completely made up for it. The owner went above and beyond to fix the situation, and that kind of reliability and care is hard to find. I would definitely rent from them again.
