Easy pickup

Pickup & return from a shuttle based parking lot was OK thru ParkDIA. Would not consider this airport parking as this added about 15 minutes vs. the last TURO from DIA. Shuttle back to airport took longer than normal having to wait on a bus. Apparently TURO considers this the same as being parked in short term parking connected to the airport.
Other than that, the Grand Highlander was clean & got really good MPG. Great communication from the owner. Would rent again for sure.

Loved this ride!! Came home and bought a 2025 model. Super easy access and drop off. 10/10 recommend!

Car was fine. Needed maintenance soon but good condition. Before the trip started I requested to shorten the trip by 1 day as my plans had changed. The host ignored this request, even after numerous times of asking. So I had to return the car early, pay for the additional time, and leave it unlocked for 24 hours until the app prompted checkout. Not great service from the host.

David, I’m sorry you felt that way. Your request came through around 3:00 a.m., when we weren’t expecting the vehicle back until the following evening, so I was unavailable. The vehicle also has a three-day minimum, so the reservation couldn’t be shortened. We hope to serve you better next time.
The car is in excellent condition, and easily accommodated 4 people with luggage. The storage in the back is spacious. Communication was timely and everything was efficient and easy.
