Amazing! This is simply the best car on the road. Loved every moment of self drive and I have to admit I loved to just turn off the self drive and drive it.

The host did not provide clear return instructions and said as exactly quoted "
Return:
• Park Tesla at terminal, let us know where it's dropped off". "
I followed these instructions and parked the vehicle in the economy lot that costed $20 vs $7 for a lot which also happened to be full at the time of dropoff. . The host is accusing me of choosing an expensive parking lot while failing to specify in their return instructions if they want it parked in a specific lot.
The above combined with the fact that while I paid nearly ~$900 for the 5 day trip, the host is choosing to have an altercation over a $13 parking charge where they failed to provide clear instructions makes me label this business as not customer friendly. God forbid something accidental happens and you have to deal with such a host.

We’re disappointed by this review. The guest was instructed to use terminal parking, but chose economy parking, creating a $20 fee. We covered the first $7 as agreed; the remaining $13 was disputed, reviewed through Turo, and ultimately paid. We remained professional throughout the trip and have since added even more detailed DIA return instructions, including videos, to prevent future confusion.
Wonderful experience! Host was helpful and responded quickly. Host provided very nice booster seat car was clean. Host provided lots of tips for first time Teslas drivers
