Communication from Gregor was excellent! Very clear directions and car location was clear as well. Location listed at airport is deceiving as pretty much every car service requires a shuttle to get to, so plan for that time. Car as described. Very clean and ready to go. Has a CCS adapter which is very good. Seamless getting onto the Tesla app with Gregor sharing his car. Very slick. Only issue was what felt like an expectation to wash and vacuum the car. We keep the cars we use very clean, but have never been asked to pay for a carwash and vacuum before.

🙄You only have to wash the car if it's significantly dirty with dirt, snow, or bugs as indicated CLEARLY in the return instructions! 🤨 I offer a link to a free car wash 🤑so you don't have to pay for a car wash in the event it's significantly dirty. 😐
