This was by far my least favorite experience with Turo. The listing details are inaccurate: it takes more that a “few minutes” to get on the shuttle at the airport to the parking lot location to pick up the vehicle. I timed my ride from the shuttle pick up - it took 38 minutes. At drop off, I waited 20 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up and take me back to the airport. The owners will not meet you at the airport Westin Hotel designated Turo spot for pickup/drop-off. The car smells heavily of old cigarette smoke and has a lot of external cosmetic damage. It ran fine / had no maintenance issues. Lastly, I had issues with connecting to Apple CarPlay, which the owner said that I am the only one who has ever had that issue. I then tried to connect to the Bluetooth, which cut out / skipped randomly, and I could never figure out how to resolve. The owner and I communicated about my issues this entire trip, and I called on the phone on the first day but Andrew was not super helpful at the start and didn’t offer to swap cars for me until my list of complaints at the end, even though he could tell I was really uncomfortable at the beginning of the trip.
Appreciate the feedback. Sorry we couldn’t get you into something you’d be more comfortable with. This is our budget option and is a fantastic vehicle for that. We had a busy weekend with no other vehicle options available to offer this guest. We definitely would have made more accommodations if available.
Shuttle times can vary of course, nothing guaranteed but the time frame is reasonable and we recommend anyone traveling to please set aside time for pick up and drop off. DIA is HUGE!

Car was in decent shape for a 2018. Being as old as it is, there was definitely some scuffs, but it’s a Subaru in Colorado so what are you expending? Hosts were great. The car worked well. When we’re back, we will book it again if we can.
