Amazing vehicle !

The host Janelle, and the Suberu were flawless, but Turo was a letdown. I would give 1 star except for the host and the car which were very good. We weren't able to use the car during our Denver stay , except to and from the airport. I could never get any verification for my husband as a driver and I don't like to and never planned to drive unless necessary. We were able to ride with my daughter everywhere while there, so I didn't have to drive but we had payed in full and had intended not to be so dependant on my daughter. We uploaded all the details and photos to add my husband, multiple times over 3 days but they never confirmed him. He has a clean record and many years experience. driving. The Subaru was lovely but Turo was very disappointing and inefficient. Every time I messaged or called support I was referred back to the app, to support and finally to to a web address for approval specialists. It was so difficult because my husband is Hard of hearing and had to be present to talk to Turo and have his photo selfie and also licence in hand, even though I uploaded it 3 times. It was difficult to find time and a quiet place to do this but we kept trying, ultimately without sucess.

The vehicle was great, my host was fantastic. She was very communicative and I followed all her instructions for drop off. It was confusing to see that I should have also checked out through the app once I landed back home.
