Car was good, but communication could have been better. I didn't receive any pickup instructions and no one was home when I came to pick up the car. We showed up to the address and weren't sure what to expect (ex: usually hosts will let me know if the keys are in a lock box or if they will be handing the keys off directly. We eventually found that the car was unlocked in the driveway (with keys in it), but none of this was clear ahead of time. It's fine to have the pickup done this way, but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Otherwise, everything was fine with this rental.

This policy is strictly in place to protect the vehicle and ensure a secure handoff. I always strive to provide a seamless check-in experience, and the car was prepared and ready on time for your arrival. Thank you for the feedback. All communication was handled promptly. This review appears to be retaliation after I denied a partial refund for the guest's incompatible phone cable. CarPlay worked fine. Exact parking details were sent right after standard safety verification. Residual odor from a prior trip was fully disclosed beforehand; we offered a full cancellation and refund if it was a dealbreaker, but the guest declined and chose to keep the car,but finally she asked to give her some money.
Super accommodating and would highly recommend! Car was great- appreciate the tone windows in the hot weather. The customer service alone ia reason enough to book and we will definitely be using again when back in the area!!

Good overall! We had some slightly delayed communication at first but it got resolved. Car was pretty clean, front windshield had a lot of smudging that made it a little hard to see until we could get it cleaned.
