Misleading listing for pickup/drop-off at DIA. Instead of airport access, you have to take a shuttle to a remote lot, which added about an extra hour to my travel time each way. The parking location is quite far from the airport, and there were additional shuttle delays.
When I reached out to ask about using the airport short-term parking (where I’ve typically picked up and dropped off Turo vehicles at DIA), I received a generic response saying it wasn’t as direct but was the “most reliable and allowed option.”
The car itself was great, but be aware of the added travel time and inconvenience.
Our listing is accurate and clearly outlines parking and pickup details when booked, including that Denver Airport pickups are via a free shuttle. We message immediately with full instructions. DIA does not allow Turo use of short-term parking. It’s unfortunate to receive a low rating when this was clearly communicated and promptly explained. Process is set to meet airport rules and ensure consistency for all guests.

This Turo rental was honestly awesome. We rented the 2022 Porsche Macan and it ended up being one of the best parts of our trip. The car is insanely fun to drive but still super comfortable. It’s quick, smooth, handles great, and just feels solid the way a Porsche should.
The Macan was extremely clean when we picked it up. Like really clean. The interior looked great, smelled fresh, and you can tell the owner actually cares about the car and keeps it in great shape.
Pickup and drop off were super easy which I always appreciate when traveling. Everything was straightforward and exactly how it should be. No hassle at all.
If you're thinking about renting this Macan, just do it. It’s the perfect mix of fun, luxury, and practicality. I would 100% rent it again.
