The host was amazing. The car ran great. Very nice car. Everything went smooth pick up drop off and for everyone saying there is no service you can go into the building hook up to their Wi-Fi and it makes things smoother.

Pick up location has poor cell phone reception, so make sure pick up instructions are clear prior to arriving.

The pick up was smooth but the drop off was bad. No cell phone coverage at location and confusing drop off directions. I was unable to communicate with anyone until we got offsite and had cell phone coverage. Also the lockbox was not functioning and the directions were unclear
