Tire was low on air when picking up vehicle. Other than that, good trip.

The vehicle was fantastic, in great condition, and very fun to drive. Unfortunately there were some challenges with pickup

Pickup location is a bit of a hassle, but maybe I wasn’t good at reading the details ahead of time.

Car was great! Pick up instructions, not so much. Said to pick up the keys in the incorrect row. Also documented chip in windshield upon pickup and someone was to come look at it before departure, never showed. Drop off instructions not the greatest either, could use some work on clarified instructions or at least have prompt response when messaging. Had to call so we could catch the shuttle and not miss our flight
