I don’t have too much positive to say about my third Turo experience, mainly because there was a lot of confusion and frustration with the app. That said, the actual person I rented the car from was great. They were prompt with responses, helpful throughout the process, and the car was clean and ready for us when we arrived.
The vehicle itself was a bit annoying, though. It had so many bells, alerts, and safety features going off every time I got on the highway that it became more distracting than helpful.
The drop-off process wasn’t too bad and was pretty seamless overall. The shuttle picked us up quickly, which was appreciated.
Overall, I was just a little disappointed with this Turo experience. My previous two experiences were much better and felt a lot less cumbersome. The host was great, but between the app issues and the vehicle itself, this trip just didn’t feel as smooth as my past experiences.

Regarding the vehicle, the safety alerts and features can be adjusted or turned off, although we do not recommend disabling them as they are designed to help protect the vehicle’s occupants.
