Host was good with communication. Car steering wheel was pulling to one side and vibrated at highway speed which caused an unpleasant driving experience, everything else was fine. This was brought to the owner’s attention and he replied that it would be taken care of.

Waited for 5 hours and still isn’t here
Complete misrepresentation. The delay was caused entirely by the guest: an unlisted, unauthorized driver tried to take the keys, forcing us to wait until the primary renter arrived to legally verify her identity. After driving over 200 miles and draining a full tank of gas, they reported a minor electronic sensor light to trigger an automatic refund and skip a $70+ fuel bill. We follow Turo policies strictly, do not permit illegal third-party pickups, and protect our assets.

The car was great and host was very responsive and was amazing as we extended our trip day by day and he never had a problem with it. Would definitely love to have this car again and will definitely rent from this host again.
