First experience with Turo, the car was nice, but wreaked of marijuana enough to make out clothes smell. We reached out to the host and they said they knew of the issue and simply apologized for the inconvenience. This should have been disclosed. Also, upon return, there were no parking spots on the lot where we were directed to park and no direction as to what to do. Highly disappointed.

This is my first time using Turo and wow I’m so impressed. I will never rent a car from a car rental place again. This car was right up our alley being a beautiful Mercedes were used to an Escalade V. It handled great up the mountains, and the family was comfortable. No one got carsick or felt ill because of the great suspension and cleanliness of the car.
