If I could give 0 stars I would. Turo left me on the side of the road 3 hours away from where I was staying and told me to figure it out on my own. Not sure if this host is a real person or not all I got was automated responses and answers from co hosts I assume were outsourced overseas. Had to find a ride back to airport to rent a car from enterprise and was told from one of these co hosts to talk to Turo support about a refund. Total nightmare experience all around! Never again!

We did communicate with you throughout the issue, but roadside assistance, replacement transportation, and refunds are handled through Turo Support. The vehicle’s battery issue was identified afterward and the battery has since been replaced. We understand your frustration with Turo’s support process and regret the experience.
