James was awesome, quick response every time I had a question, Car was clean and full tank at pick up, Ran great gave us no issues so we could enjoy our trip without worry. AC works great, great value for the price. Truly couldn't ask for a better experience when renting, definitely recommend.

In regards to keeping the car, it showed on my end it was approved then at the time the car was supposed to be returned I received a txt that the car needed to be returned canceling my plans and rushing me to clean the car

The host had their last renter smoke significantly in the car. Instead of disclosing this and offering a solution, they tried to clean it in the hopes I wouldn’t notice.
Then when I reached out about the huge smell still, they said they would swap me into another car after I asked.
However Turo has to have the user call for that, but by the time I did so they had already had someone else rent out the car.
Can’t recommend this group less.
