Inflexible on the return. I rent from Turo to deal with solo hosts, to avoid the rental car major’s headaches. I needed an extra hour. Since they were inflexible it cost my wife an Uber ride for another $75.

Unfortunately, the vehicle had another reservation scheduled shortly after your return, so timing was important to avoid impacting the next guest. I appreciate your understanding and will continue working to balance flexibility with keeping trips on schedule for all renters.
