Pickup location was further than I expected, having never been to the Denver airport before. I think the 30-minute shuttle probably should have been advertised in the “on-site” listing. There was also a half-empty water bottle in the seat when we got in and the car looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks.

Thank you for your feedback, Elaine. We’d like to clarify that our shuttle pickup location is typically just 5–7 minutes from baggage claim, not 30 minutes. We also thoroughly clean and inspect every vehicle before each trip. Recent rain and wind conditions may have affected the vehicle’s appearance after cleaning, but maintaining a clean, quality fleet is always our priority. We appreciate your feedback and are glad the vehicle met your needs.
