I truly appreciated the vehicle; it was well-maintained. However, I found the pick-up process challenging, primarily because I had never utilized a parking lot of this nature before. It is advisable to allocate sufficient time in advance for both pick-up and drop-off if you are adhering to a schedule. The hosts demonstrated exceptional communication skills. I would certainly consider renting again.
