I was disappointed with this rental. The interior was much dirtier than expected. The seats were heavily stained, there were broken interior pieces (including a broken back panel), and the overall condition of the vehicle was poor. I didn’t realize how dirty it was until the next day, and I actually ended up taking it through a car wash and cleaning it myself.

The headlights were also extremely cloudy and dingy, making them much less effective at night. For the price being charged, I would expect basic maintenance like restoring the headlights and ensuring the vehicle is clean before it’s rented out.

Communication was also disappointing. I reached out about extending my trip and later followed up asking if anyone at the location could give me a ride since I was only about six minutes away. There are multiple co-hosts listed on the account, but no one responded for hours. By the time I finally got a response, it was too late to be helpful.

When I mentioned the cleanliness, I was told it was because it was a last-minute booking. I understand last-minute reservations happen, but if a vehicle hasn’t been cleaned and prepared for the next guest, it shouldn’t be made available until it is. Overall, I expected much better considering the price.

Small cosmetic issues on the exterior. Key fob battery was low so caused a little stress trying to get into the car. Other than that it was wonderful. Clean interior and smooth ride.
