Overall, we had a good experience with our rental! The instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and the shuttle to and from the airport was quick and convenient. The car itself drove great and we had no issues with it during our trip.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the vehicle. There was a slight smell each time the car was turned on, the seats in the very back row were dirty, and there appeared to be some stains or splatter near the front passenger seat belt/window area. The vehicle could definitely benefit from a more thorough cleaning between rentals.
Other than that, we had no complaints and the overall rental process was smooth!

Clean car and clear communication. I paid for the car to be parked in the garage instead of the Turo lot and they parked it literally in the first parking spot you come to - worth every penny! Fabulous choice!!
