The car was perfect - we had no issues with the car itself. The host communicated very well.
I didn’t want to change my rating because I know this is not the host’s fault. However, DIA’s process for Turo is extremely frustrating. I rent Turo’s because it is usually a much easier/more convenient process than a rental car. However, Turo can no longer park in the airport lots and they are required to park in a lot that is approximately 15-20 minutes away by shuttle. The parking lot also has no cell service, so my husband and I stood there forever trying to get our phones to load so we could send photos/get the lockbox code for the key. On the way home, the shuttles are required to wait until they were dispatched to leave, so we sat in a hot bus for 30 minutes waiting to get back to the airport. I will never rent a Turo at DIA again. Once again, this has nothing to do with the car itself, but want to warn others who may be considering picking up at DIA.

Car was clean, well maintained and pretty good on gas. We booked at 1am because our previous ride was cancelled as we landed in DEN and the host was able to get the car to us at a reasonable time. They did get there like 20 min after desired time but considering the late booking, I’m happy they even agreed to host us. We really appreciate it.
