The car broke down. Had to have it towed and organize my own uber ride to get back to the airport. Turo support was ok but not great.

Car wouldn’t start after charging the battery

The jeep was fun to drive, well maintained, and clean. The only one thing id improve on is the soft top. The velcro part kept coming off on the freeway, we had to stop 3 times to re attach it. Other than that we loved it. Thank you Randal for the smooth process on checking in and out the car. Merry Christmas.
