Communication could have been much better. When we arrived, no vehicle was available. They did arrange a replacement, but we had to wait an hour at the train station for it. At the end of the rental, we spent two hours trying to reach them without success.
The woman who helped arrange the replacement vehicle was very nice, and we appreciated her assistance. However, the delays and difficulty reaching anyone made the overall experience frustrating.

We had a great experience with the Jeep! It was clean, drove great, and was perfect for our Colorado trip. The host was very helpful and made pickup and drop-off super easy. We really enjoyed it and would definitely rent again!

The lock box combination was not correct, and it cost $10 to get to the car by train. This was not expected for an airport ride. There is also a service light on.
